A County Seat Old Enough to Show Its Pipe Layers
Noblesville has been the Hamilton County seat since 1824, a year after William Conner and Josiah Polk laid out the town in 1823, and its downtown blocks around the courthouse square are the oldest continuously built-up ground in the county. The current Hamilton County Courthouse, completed in 1879, anchors a square listed on the National Register of Historic Places — and homes near it have plumbing histories running back further than almost anywhere else in this service area.

Further out in Noblesville's newer subdivisions, built well after the 1879 courthouse was already old news, we typically find straightforward modern supply and drain systems from the start.
